Madrid - Royal Botanic GardensMadrid. Royal Botanic Garden was founded in 1781 by Charles III. Instead it became the architects Gomez Ortega and Juan de Villanueva, who designed the Prado. Botanical Garden is located near the Prado Museum Od on the south side.
