The Constitution of the Kingdom of SpainThe Spanish Nation, desiring to establish justice, freedom and security, and to ensure the well-being of all who are using their sovereign right, declares its desire
guarantee democratic coexistence in accordance with the Constitution and the laws and nA based equitable economic and social order;

establish the rule of law, ensuring the rule of law as an expression of the will of the people;
ensure that all Spaniards and peoples of Spain enjoyment of human rights, a well as the development of their culture and traditions, languages ​​and institutions;
